Junior Project Manager – Innovative Projects

A3M is looking for a junior project manager for innovative technology projects for its main offices in Tübingen / Germany.
Applicants should have a university degree in computer science, informatics or information systems with a strong background in Internet technology and mobile technology (e.g. WAP Portals, SMS). Knowledge and experience in economics and business administration, as well as project management is required.

You need to have solid oral and written language skills in English. German language skills are of advantage. Strong planning and communication skills are required. Previous experience in a project management position for technology projects will be of advantage – but the skills can also be acquired on the job, if you are an intellectually high-powered and at the beginning of your career. Knowledge of leading project management tools and techniques are essential.

Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager

A3M is looking for a sales professional for its main office in Tuebingen / Germany. The major focus will be on the development of new business in the B2B sector, targeting mobile phone companies, insurance companies and other key customers. You have to identify sales and growth opportunities and coordinate the sales process in alignment with the executive board. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
We’re looking for energetic and competitive people who enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging work environment. Applicants should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and possess three or more years of large commercial sales and relationship management.
A proven track record in competitive sales or previous experience, that demonstrates excellent selling and negotiation skills, is required.
You need to have solid oral and written language skills in English and in German. Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to generate new ideas are required. The knowledge and understanding of mobile phone companies and insurance companies will be of advantage.
